An Energy Reading begins with you selecting crystals from an assortment.  People often select crystals that are associated with the areas of their body where they have energy blockages or irregular energy.  Guided by a Higher Source, crystals are placed on your body.  Then using my hands above your body, I begin to feel for irregular energy as well as the emotional cause of the irregular energy.  Then healing is activated.  The process usually takes 30-45 minutes, depending on the amount of irregular energy found.  People who perform this type of work are referred to as medical-emotional intuitives.
